These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of 7Gold Casino ("we", "us", "our" or the "Casino") by any individual ("you", "your" or the "Player") who registers or accesses an account on the Casino's website. 1. Definitions

"Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access the Casino.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
- You must not be a resident of any Restricted Territory, including but not limited to: the United States, Costa Rica, Curaçao, France, the Netherlands, Spain and any other jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or requires a local licence.
- You must not be self-excluded from gambling, on a problem-gambling treatment programme or otherwise prohibited from gambling by court order or public authority.
- Only one Account is permitted per person, household, IP address, device and payment method.
- You must use only your true identity and accurate personal information; impersonation, misrepresentation or use of false documents is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4. Account Registration
To open an Account, you must complete the registration form with accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out under your Account is your responsibility, and we will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use unless caused by our gross negligence. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or close any Account at our discretion in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Creating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting").
- Using bots, automated software, exploits or any unfair advantage system.
- Collusion or chip-dumping with other Players.
- Bonus abuse, including coordinated bonus-hunting across linked Accounts.
- Money laundering or use of funds derived from criminal activity.
- Submitting false or altered identity documents.
- Hacking, reverse-engineering or otherwise tampering with the Casino's software.
- Using a VPN or proxy to access the Casino from a Restricted Territory.
Any violation may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities.
5a. Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposit is £20 (or currency equivalent). Minimum withdrawal is £100. Standard withdrawal limits are £1,000 per day, £2,500 per week and £10,000 per month, except for VIP Players who may receive elevated limits. Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the original deposit where possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, delay or split withdrawals where compliance review or wagering verification is required.
5b. Bonuses and Wagering Requirements
All Bonuses are subject to specific terms attached at the time of issue. Standard wagering on the welcome package is 30x bonus plus deposit. Maximum bet while wagering is £10 per spin or hand; exceeding this voids the Bonus and any associated winnings. Slots typically contribute 100% to wagering; live dealer, table games, video poker and progressive jackpot slots may contribute 0% or a reduced percentage as specified in the Bonus terms. Only one Bonus may be active at a time. The Operator reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any Bonus at its discretion. Players from Restricted Territories are not eligible for Bonuses.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation of any content without express written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the Casino is limited to the balance held in the Player's Account at the time the cause of action arose. The Operator excludes liability for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages including loss of profit, loss of opportunity and loss of data. The Casino is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded by law. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, payment provider issues or force majeure events.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Authority or to an independent third-party alternative dispute resolution service.
